In 2019, Dwight launched his own business, formerly known as "New South BBQ." His culinary creations quickly earned him widespread acclaim and respect. But for Dwight, family is the cornerstone of everything he does. His dedication to creating a lasting legacy for his children drives him forward every day.

Today, his two eldest sons, Dwight Jr. and Chris, actively manage the business alongside him, ensuring the tradition of exceptional food and family values continues to thrive.
